Charter Marine runs spearfishing, lobster, and fishing charters out of Big Pine Key, putting you on the patch reefs, ledges, and offshore water of the Lower Keys where the fishing actually produces. Law requires one U.S. Coast Guard approved, properly sized, and easily accessible life jacket for each person on the boat. Our boats come with adult life jackets. However, we DO NOT provide child/youth life jackets. Please plan for this accordingly. Everyone is required to have a life jacket.
We do not accept American Express; however, we accept all other major credit and debit cards. Must have a credit card with a line of credit with at least $2,000 for damage deposit hold. Renter must pay with their credit card and be present for check-in and check-out. The Damage Deposit hold will also need to match with the credit card on file. If this isn’t the case, then your booking will be cancelled. Please email us with questions.
Tax
Delivery One time fee $2/mile multiplied by the total mileage from trips taken for delivery and pick up.
Customer shall pay for fuel used at $4.95 per gallon.
If the boat isn’t clean, we charge a $100 cleaning fee.
Minimum $250 charge for any new dock rash.

Trip Protection allows you to cancel FOR ANY REASON up to your scheduled time for a FULL REFUND (minus the 10% Trip Protection fee). ** NO refund is given without Trip Protection being applied to booking at time of booking. **
